TWC brokered the deal for Netflix to air the drama in the U.S.

Peaky Blinders is making a change following the allegations of sexual harassment and rape made against Harvey Weinstein.

The Netflix series is removing a production card for The Weinstein Company in the wake of the scandal facing the company’s now-former co-chairman, The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed.

Netflix, which distributes the show stateside, and Endemol Shine International, which handles distribution outside of the U.S., declined to comment.

While not credited as a producer on the drama, TWC brokered the deal for Netflix to carry the series in the U.S. which is why a presentation card for TWC appeared on the series. However, Weinstein’s name did not appear and that card will be removed from the upcoming fourth season of the series as well as the previous three seasons.

The slew of accusations against Weinstein have left several of the company’s future TV projects in flux, including two expensive original dramas at Amazon. One is an anthology series from Mad Men creator Matthew Weiner and the other is a drama from Silver Linings Playbook director David O. Russell starring Robert De Niro in his first regular TV role.

Following the scandal, Apple also scrapped a 10-part TV series about Elvis Presley that TWC was set to produce. That limited series was said to be one of four, with other subjects said to be Frank Sinatra, Michael Jackson and Prince.

Weinstein, who was fired by the TWC board on Sunday, has seen his name removed from many of TWC’s TV project beginning with the Oct. 11 episode of Project Runway. Other shows that will see Weinstein’s name removed from credits include History’s Six, MTV’s Scream and Paramount Network’s upcoming Waco miniseries, Kevin Costner drama Yellowstone and Rest in Power: The Trayvon Martin Story and Les Miserables, the forthcoming six-part adaptation being produced with the BBC.

On the film side, Weinstein removed his credit from the Benedict Cumberbatch drama The Current War before he was terminated. Disney also removed him as a producer from Artemis Fowl.

Set in the aftermath of World War I, Peaky Blinders hails from creator Steven Knight, who exec produces with Caryn Mandabach, Greg Brenman, Jamie Glazebrook and Frith Tiplady. Caryn Mandabach Productions and Tiger Aspect Productions produce the series, which airs on BBC Two in the U.K. There is not yet a U.S. premiere date for the upcoming fourth season.
