Less than a week after Taylor Swift released Reputation, it’s already the top-selling album of the year. Per Billboard, the album sold 1.05 million copies in four days. It’s not quite what Adele accomplished with the release of 25 in 2015, which sold 1.16 copies in one week, but pretty close.

Reputation, which is the 27-year-old Swift’s sixth studio album, is also her fourth to sell a million copies in a week. Swift is now the only artist to have achieved four million-selling weeks, and Reputation may even surpass the monster sales success of 2014’s 1989. She’s already passed up Ed Sheeran, whose newest album, ÷, sold 919,000 copies, for the top-selling album in the U.S.

This mega-success comes as a bit of a shock after Swift’s first singles from Reputation were panned by critics. Now, the album is tracking to be No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart December 2, with critics now generally praising the album itself.

Swift is taking notice. Her Instagram account now features two lines of images showing positive comments from reviewers all written in that recognizable Reputation gothic print.

Besides retweeting photos of her fans with their Reputation gear, Swift also featured a positive tweet from country star Keith Urban, and responded with a bit of an “Old Taylor” enthusiastic tone—exclamation points abounding.

At the 2013 Grammys, Swift gave us a return to full-on Grecian glamour in a pleated J. Mendel gown. It’s hard to believe that someone can look this flawless in the aftermath of a breakup—but we guess that’s why they write breakup songs, isn’t it? For all kinds of closure, except the type that gets in the way of a fierce, revealing dress.
