The Federal Court of Appeal has overturned a high-profile ruling ordering Ottawa to bring home four Canadian men detained in Syrian prisons for suspected ISIS members. In their ruling, the judges wrote that Federal Court Justice Henry Brown's decision interpreted the right to enter Canada too broadly.
