Germany came from behind to beat Portugal 4-2 at Euro 2020 on Saturday.

Cristiano Ronaldo had given Portugal a 15th-minute lead against the run of play when he headed away a corner and ran 92 metres in 14.27 seconds to put his country ahead.

But Germany did not let that setback affect them thanks to two own goals from Ruben Dias and Raphael Guerreiro in four minutes, before Kai Havertz and Robin Gosens got on the scoresheet in the second-half.

Diogo Jota scored a consolation goal to give Portugal slim hope of getting back in the game, however, Joachim Low’s men ensured there was no comeback.

France are on four points with Germany and Portugal on three each heading into the final group game.
