Indian External Affairs Minister Subrahmanyam Jaishankar has addressed the United Nations, making an indirect reference to Canada, amid the diplomatic spat between the countries.

Tensions flared between India and Canada after Prime Minister Justin Trudeau alleged India was involved in the murder of Hardeep Singh Nijjar, a Canadian Sikh leader.
