J.Lo and husband A-Rod just shared their at-home workout routine

The celebrity couple took to Instagram to give their fans an insight into how they’re keeping fit while in coronavirus lockdown.

If there’s one family to look towards for fitness advice, it has to be the Rodriguez-Lopez household.

Jennifer Lopez and husband Alex Rodriguez (aka A-Rod) are fitness goals, who regularly post gym selfies flaunting their toned bodies.

Now, the two have recently documented their at-home family workout on Instagram, which they led Rodriguez’s daughters, Natasha and Ella Rodriguez, through as well.

“A new kind of ‘home run’ for me,” A-Rod wrote in the caption. “Who do you think crushed this #QuaranTeam workout? The kids or adults?”

“You could try this workout at home, even in you don’t have this equipment. You can use soup cans, detergent, anything at all instead of kettlebells! Let me know how it goes for you & stay safe!”

A-Rod starts the video by sharing the workout set on his tablet:

  • 400 metre run
  • 15 kettlebell swings
  • 10 push-ups
  • 15 over-shoulders
  • 15 bend rows

The video shows A-Rod, J.Lo and his daughters completing the set as “The Warrior” plays in the background. And while everyone seems a little tired as they complete rounds two, three and four, J.Lo seems totally unfazed throughout the entire video.

Tbh, we expect nothing else from the woman with the world’s most iconic abs.
