Mike Tyson looks in incredible shape as he shows of ripped physique in video of him diving with sharks ahead of boxing comeback vs Roy Jones Jr

Mike Tyson looks even more ripped than ever ahead of his boxing comeback aged 54 – as he tackled his fear of sharks for a new documentary.

The ‘Baddest Man on the Planet’ has undergone a brutal training camp as he prepares to return to the ring for the first time in 15 years against Roy Jones Jr.

Tyson, 54, is in confident spirits ahead of the eight-round exhibition bout dubbing himself ‘the greatest fighter since the conception of God.’

“Anything I do, I put so much into it. If I fail, I’m going to die,” Tyson said.

“How many people do that? That’s what I like to do. I go all out or nothing. I play for keeps.

“You know, I’m the greatest fighter since the conception of God. How could I not take this opportunity up?”

Tyson has also been keeping himself busy by filming for Discovery Channel’s ‘Shark Week’ as he bids to conquer his fear of the great white.

“I was scared all the way through and was just trying to get through it alive,” Tyson told The New York Post. “I’m a scary guy but not when it comes to adventurous stuff.”

Eddie Hearn thinks it’s sad that Mike Tyson is making boxing comeback

Originally scheduled for September 8, the eagerly anticipated showdown with Roy Jones Jr is now set to take place on November 28 in an attempt to increase potential revenue.

A meeting is said to have been held between both camps, with Jones Jr’s team agreeing to the date change.

It’s understood the fight will still be at the same venue, likely still with no fans in attendance.

Carl Froch believes Tyson is making a mistake by returning to the ring and will be ‘blowing out of his a***’ after three rounds against Jones Jr.

Froch, who had a 33-2 record during his boxing career, said on the Froch on Fighting podcast: “Would he lose the plot like he did against [Evander] Holyfield and take a chunk of the old ear off? There could be a danger where he gets really frustrated.

“Those 16-ounce gloves are going to be more difficult to knock his opponent out. And then they’re going to be blowing out of their a**** after three or four rounds, surely?

““We’re blowing out of our a*** after four rounds as young professional fighters, we just manage the recovery and breathe differently and go a bit flat-footed through the fight.

“But when you’re in your 50s, you’re absolutely exhausted and you can’t recover. Your fitness is your ability to recover and you can’t recover when you’re old.

“So there is a danger of this becoming a no contest after four rounds, there really is.”
