This is the moment a fight broke out between two delegates at a summit in Turkey.

It happened when Ukrainian MP Oleksandr Marikovski unfurled his national flag behind a member of the Russian delegation during a TV interview.

A Russian delegation member, Valery Stavitsky, snatched the flag away, triggering a fight between the two men.

The incident happened at the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation, which is attempting to secure the movement of grain through the Black Sea.
