Sir Keir Starmer has criticised the government for falling behind the US and the EU on an international stage.

Addressing Prime Minister Rishi Sunak's address on the G7, the Labour leader said: "Whilst others build resilience and seize opportunities, this government seems content with managed decline."

Despite that he backed the government's stance and actions on Ukraine.
