You are probably familiar with interviews that get you hired and exit interviews after you decide to leave. But a newly popular workplace trend is a "stay interview."

“What you are essentially determining is why an employee wants to stay with a particular employer and maybe even why they would want to leave,” employment and labour law expert Laura Williams explains.
