Troopers from Arizona's Department for Public Safety have rammed a car on the freeway to stop it driving the wrong way and causing an accident.

A "confused" 81-year-old woman had set off from home driving the wrong way.

After the vehicle stopped she was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
