Breakfast with Kay Burley: Failures in probation service increase risk of domestic abuse

Today on Breakfast with Kay Burley: Minister of State for Veterans' Affairs Johnny Mercer joins Kay Burley to discuss the new government-funded hotline to end veteran homelessness. Chief Inspector of Probation Justin Russell also joins the program to examine a report published by HM Inspectorate of Probation which looks at the work done by the Probation Service to reduce domestic abuse and protect victims.

Furthermore, Former UK Ambassador to France Lord Peter Ricketts speaks on the situation in France following nearly a week of riots triggered by the police shooting of a 17-year-old.
