Israeli authorities say they believe Judih Weinstein, a Canadian citizen, was captured by Hamas during the militant group's initial attacks on Oct. 7 and is being held hostage in Gaza. She and her husband, Gad Haggai, were on an early morning walk on their kibbutz near the Gaza border.
