CCTV captures Tijuana blast where four people were seriously injured

CCTV footage has emerged of an explosion in the Mexican town of Tijuana that injured up to 25 people, with some going to hospital and others walking away.

No explanation for the incident has been given, although the owner of the building has said it has happened before.
