The Pennsylvania State Police say Danelo Cavalcante, the convicted murderer who escaped from prison more than a week ago, was spotted almost 25 miles north of the suburban Philadelphia prison on Saturday night driving a stolen van he later abandoned—as the manhunt for Cavalcante continues in its eleventh day.
