Feds unveil reforms to Canadian sports system

Sport Minister Pascale St-Onge has unveiled a slate of reforms to address reports of abuse and an engrained toxic culture in Canada's governing sports bodies.

Several recent athlete complaints about maltreatment put Canadian sport into crisis.

Mike Drolet explains the proposed changes, the goal to hold organizations more accountable for the funding they receive, the consequences when they don't comply, and what advocates are still pushing the federal government to do.
