The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office has identified the three Black victims and 21-year-old white alleged assailant in what police describe as a racially motivated shooting at a Dollar General in the Florida city on Saturday. Florida State Representative Anna Eskamani joined Brittany Lewis on 'Forbes Newsroom' to discuss. Eskamani said that it was the one individual who committed the crime but that it was done in a larger ecosystem.
