A grand jury in Newport News, Va., indicted the former assistant principal, Dr. Ebony Parker, on charges of felony child neglect for failing to take action to prevent a 6-year-old boy from shooting his teacher. NBC News' attempts to reach Dr. Parker were unsuccessful. NBC News' Erin McLaughlin reports.
