The health care sector in Canada is facing growing demands and a lack of coordination, which has led to concerns among national organizations.

The Ontario College of Family Physicians has warned that a quarter of Ontarians will be without a family doctor in the coming years.

However, experts remain optimistic about increased collaboration between jurisdictions, particularly with recent healthcare investments agreed to by Ottawa and the provinces and territories.
