Worldwide, around one billion people live with a disability and yet just 4% of firms include disability in workplace policy. Companies are missing out when it comes to realising the potential which people with disabilities offer. With International Day of Persons with Disabilities taking place on December 3rd, we talk to Caroline Casey, founder of the Valuable 500 business collective, about why and how to change.
