India’s Modi visits crash site after train derailment leaves hundreds dead

Indian prime minister Narendra Modi visited the site of the train derailment in the eastern state of Odisha which left at least 288 people dead, as rescuers continued search and rescue efforts. Modi told reporters that those found guilty in the cause of crash would get the "strictest punishment."
