Carlos De Oliveira, a Mar-a-Lago property manager, is set to appear in a Miami court after being charged with attempting to delete surveillance footage related to former President Donald Trump’s alleged mishandling of classified government documents. While De Oliveira has not retained a lawyer yet, NBC News’ Danny Cevallos breaks down why it may not affect the trial.
