WARNING: This video contains disturbing content. Viewer discretion is advised. Several United Nations (UN) agencies are warning the Gaza Strip's humanitarian catastrophe is worsening every hour, with many people not having enough access to food and medical supplies.

But there is still no agreement on a plan to get more aid into Gaza, as the U.S. continues to delay a vote at the UN Security Council.

Global's Jackson Proskow reports on the growing desperation and what is preventing more necessities from entering the war-torn region.
