Sky News' US correspondent, James Matthews, spoke exclusively to Iran's ambassador to the UN Amir Saeid Iravani - asking if Iran's attack on Israel was reckless and risked escalation of a wider war.

Mr Iravani said that Israel's promise of a significant response to Saturday's assault was "a threat, not an action".

There was widespread condemnation of Iran's attack at a United Nations Security Council meeting on Sunday afternoon.
