Both Israeli and Palestinian families have been ripped apart in the wake of Hamas’ attack last month, as Israel continues its siege of Gaza.

On Friday, thousands of Palestinians who were detained in the wake of the attack were sent back to Gaza. Meanwhile, One Gazan who found work in the occupied West Bank shared with Global News his heartache over being separated from his family in the besieged enclave.

And in Tel Aviv, another man continues to wait for word about his wife and children being taken hostage by Hamas. He says he’s not seeking revenge, he just wants “his family back.”
