My grandson Joaquin swims for the Roosevelt Roughriders in Fresno CA. Swimming has become an important part of his healthy life. Today I got to watch Joaquin swim in competition. He bested his own personal best in the 50 yard and in the 100 yard swims. What a pleasure to watch youth, including youth that is a grandchild.
