After a 25-22 triumph over the San Francisco 49ers in the 2024 Super Bowl on Sunday, National Football League (NFL) champion Kansas City Chiefs celebrated its victory — for the second year in a row — with a two-mile hometown parade.

The win marked the Chiefs’ third Superbowl win in five years, helping to cement themselves as football’s newest dynasty.

With speculation that tight end Travis Kelce’s girlfriend — AKA pop megastar Taylor Swift — might make an appearance to celebrate both the win (and Valentine’s Day) with her partner, NFL followers were left divided upon learning she was not in attendance, and had landed in Australia for her upcoming "Eras" tour dates.

Kelce, 34, was also expected to make comment about an indication that occurred during the game. After being pulled from the field during the first half, he shouted angrily in head coach Andy Reid’s face from the sidelines. Kelce later Reid, 65, causing him to lose his balance.

Kelce did not address the incident, though treated fans to another karaoke session during a closing victory speech, as he stumbled around on the stage.
