The small city of Lewiston, Maine is now entering its second day of lockdown after police launched a manhunt after at least 18 people were killed. Local Democratic Party congressman, Jared Golden has called on the United States Congress to ban assault rifles.

Sky's Mark Stone reports from Lewiston as SWAT teams in armoured vehicles arrive at a property 20 miles to the southeast of the town where 18 people were shot dead on Wednesday night.
