The man accused of fatally shooting eight people in Illinois before fleeing to Texas and taking his own life was related to most, if not all, of the victims, authorities said in a press conference. It is still unclear why the 23-year-old man allegedly killed the seven people at two homes in Joliet, Illinois, and another person in Joliet Township.
