Friday's deadly concert hall attack in Moscow has ignited a blame game, with Russian officials insisting Ukraine and the West are responsible — but no proof has emerged.

This is the case despite an Islamic State affiliate, Islamic State — Khorasan (ISIS-K), claiming to be behind the Crocus City Hall attack.
