In Camden, New Jersey, first responders have seen a major increase in drug overdoses and calls to treat them. Now, in addition to using naloxone to reverse an overdose, paramedics are introducing a treatment medication immediately, increasing the amount of people who go into long-term treatment. CBS News Medical Contributor Dr. Celine Gounder reports.
