NHS Confederation Chief Executive Matthew Taylor delivers a speech on whether the NHS has become unmanageable.

His remarks come as routine care in the NHS is set to be majorly disrupted as the health service faces another two days of strikes.

Consultant doctors and hospital-based dentists are on a 48 hour strike from 7am on Thursday, July 20 until 7am on Saturday, July 22.

The walk-out follows five days of strikes by junior doctors lasting from last Thursday to Tuesday morning - the longest period of industrial action in NHS history.
