A man has been arrested on suspicion of "collection of information likely to be useful for terrorists" following last week's Northern Ireland Police data breach.

It comes as the PSNI declared a critical incident after a "significant" data breach relating to all 10,000 of its officers and staff, which was followed by a second data breach relating to stolen documents and a laptop.
