Canada's unemployment rate rose slightly in November, even as the economy added just under 25,000 jobs.

Manufacturing and construction saw gains, while the trade, finance, insurance and real estate sectors lost jobs.

Global's Nivrita Ganguly reports, many small businesses are bearing the brunt of labour shortages.
