Days after the board at OpenAI, the artificial intelligence company that launched ChatGPT, fired Sam Altman as CEO, most of the company's employees are now threatening to quit.

The shock announcement comes in the wake of growing tension at OpenAI over the direction the company should be going in.

Eric Sorensen explains what they're demanding and how Microsoft is rolling out the welcome mat for Altman and extending an offer to his supportive colleagues.
