U.S. President Joe Biden addresses the nation on a bipartisan deal for the U.S. debt ceiling budget package. Biden said that neither side got all that they wanted but the American people got what they needed. The U.S. Senate gave final approval late Thursday, grinding into the night to wrap up work and send it to Biden's desk to become law before the fast-approaching deadline.
