Ukrainian qualifier Dayan Yastremska has made history at the 2024 Australian Open by becoming the first qualifier since 1978 to make the Semi-finals of the Australian Open. Yastremska defeated Linda Noskova in the Quarterfinals of the Women's Singles Tennis.
