For years, the world has been told to “save the bees,” stemming from the U.S.’s honeybee colony collapse.

It has clearly worked, resulting in a honeybee boom in many parts of the world, including London, which now has Europe's densest honeybee population.

But as Crystal Goomansingh explains, this seemingly positive outcome has unintended negative ripple effects, with one expert saying our pollinating pals don’t need our help.
