Three days of mourning have been declared in Serbia after nine people were killed in a school shooting in Belgrade. Police allege the attacker, who's just 13 years old, drew up a list of the classrooms he planned to visit and the students he wanted to kill. Police haven't established a motive but it's believed the boy was being bullied.
