Working with one of my high school tennis athletes, Adrian. This is a great drill that simulates in game actions. We are working on clean footwork to be able to get to both forehand and backhand balls. We added a band around our waist to improve our lateral explosiveness and a small weight in our hands to strengthen our drive.
