A city in Texas has declared a state of emergency after experiencing a potentially record-breaking number of illegal border crossings this month. 'Just enforce the laws that are on the books, we're a nation of laws. That's all I ask for. It shouldn't be like this,' local mayor Rolando Salinas pleads to the Biden administration.
