Ukrainian MP Oleksiy Goncharenko says that the death of Alexei Navalny was a "message to the West", given as Western nations are gathering at the Munich Security Conference.

Asked if Navalny's death was a "sign of weakness of Vladimir Putin", Mr Goncharenko said it was a "sign of weakness of the civilised world" - who were "letting tyrants do what they want".
