Ukrainian officials say Kyiv targeted in 'exceptionally' intense Russian air strikes

The Ukrainian air force says Kyiv was targeted with 18 Russian missiles and nine drones. Reporters there say buildings shook and the sky lit up from the blasts of the city's air defences.
