Former special counsel Robert Hur was grilled by U.S. lawmakers at a hearing in Congress over his report on President Joe Biden's handling of classified documents.

Hur’s report found no wrongdoing on Biden’s part but did criticize the president’s ability to remember key events.

As Jackson Proskow explains, both Democrats and Republicans are accusing Hur of being too partisan, but for different reasons.
