Climate change activists from 'Extinction Rebellion' protested the lack of action on climate change at the COP28 conference by turning the waters of Venice's Grand Canal green on Saturday. The group dumped fluorescein into the canal and hung banners from the Rialto Bridge to draw attention to the urgent need for governments to address the climate crisis.
