The US economy has continued to maintain a strong resilience despite the Federal Reserve's hikes of 5.25 percentage points since March 2022. Coupled with a strong labour market and progress on core inflation, headline inflation continues to exceed the 2% target. But market analysts are betting against any change to current settings at the Fed's September meeting. Chief US economist at T.
