In March, International Criminal Court chief prosecutor Karim Khan issued an arrest warrant for Russian President Vladimir Putin over his country’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

But there are concerns bringing him to justice won't be easy, despite many people being desperate for justice.

Global's Touria Izri explains why there’s some reluctance to arrest Putin, as Global News is granted exclusive access to Khan's first official visit to Canada.
