As Ottawa summons Cong Peiwu, China's ambassador to Canada, over allegations of foreign interference, Conservative MP Michael Chong is contradicting earlier comments by Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.
Chong now says CSIS told the Privy Council Office in 2021 about China's alleged plot to intimidate him, yet nothing was done.
