World leaders spoke on the second and final day of the NATO summit in Vilnius, Lithuania on Wednesday, focusing remarks on the Russia-Ukraine war, and Ukraine potentially joining the alliance after the conflict is over, as well as Sweden.

U.S. President Joe Biden characterized Russian President Vladimir Putin as having a "craven lust for land and power" and pledged that the U.S.-led NATO alliance would not falter in supporting Ukraine against Russian aggression.

Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said the meeting with NATO leaders was positive, despite his disappointment about the lack of a timetable to receive an invite to join. He said he is hoping Ukraine could join NATO once the conflict is over.

Plus, British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak said NATO has reached a high point in its support for Ukraine on the sidelines of the military alliance's summit

And Turkish President Tayyip Erdoğan said that he will forward a bill to ratify Sweden's NATO accession to parliament when it re-opens in autumn.
