Nova Scotians are picking up after a weekend of strong winds and rough waves as post-tropical cyclone Lee tracked across the province.

Clean-up efforts are underway as power outages persist and debris remains on the ground.

Local residents said the pounding surf could be felt on their windows when the storm passed through, sweeping rocks and fallen trees onto their driveways.

Global’s Skye Bryden-Blom reports from Liverpool on what the clean-up looks like.
